
Did someone say Cocktail hour?
Here are two easy -to -whip cocktails you can make at home.
I made these using the Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
With it’s unique taste and aroma infused with extracts of hand-picked blades of bison grass, Zubrowka offers a sensual pleasure unlike any other. It’s wonderfully complex profile of bison grass, chamomile, green apples, lavender, vanilla and almonds make it a truly unique, natural and authentic product. It offers herbal tones that are smooth and creamy on the palette with vanilla, soft spice and botanical notes. It can be enjoyed neat on it’s own or added to cocktails which I highly recommend.

THE ORCHARD
A refreshing yet warm serve.
Ingredients (for one serve)
40 ml Zubrowka Vodka
20ml cream
15ml lime juice
15ml pear syrup
Slices of pear for garnish
Recipe
Pour all ingredients into a shaker, mix
and pour into a pre-cooled cocktail
glass with ice.
Garnish with slices of pear.
BISON SOUR
A vodka sour with richer
flavours enhanced by Zu.
Ingredients
Ice Cubes
60 ml Zubrowka Vodka
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup (Simple Syrup)
1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
15 ml Egg White
Recipe
Add all ingredients except ice to shaker,
dry shake, then add ice and shake
again. Strain into ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon peel dipped in
cinnamon.
These recipes are single serve but I did personally double the measurements. Please drink responsibly
